A long-term goal is
something you want to do further in the future. Long-term goals require time
and planning. They are not something you can do this week or even this year.
Long-term goals usually take 12 months or more to achieve.
Here are examples of goals that can take several years to achieve:
·

b) Short terms
A short-term goal is
something you want to do in the near future. The near future can mean today,
this week, this month, or even this year. A short-term goal is something you
want to accomplish soon.
A short term goal is a goal you can achieve in 12 months or less.
Examples include:
·
Take an extra class
·
Save my own budget
·
Wake up at the early in the morning
4) Academic and personal goals
An academic goal is an objective or ambition
related to educational success. Setting academic goals helps students obtain
achievements and accomplishments throughout their academic careers. These goals
range from the short term to the long term and include various personal
objectives.
J Example: I want dean
in every semester
A personal goal is a desired result or
possible outcome that a person or a system envisions, plans and commits to
achieve: a personal or
organizational desired end-point in some sort of assumed development. Many
people or organizations endeavor to reach goals within a finite time by setting deadlines.
