1)What
is time?
a)Nouns
– the indefinite continued progress of existence and events in the past,
present and future.
3)The definition of time
management.
“Time management” is the process of organizing and planning
how to divide your time between specific activities. Good time management
enables you to work smarter (not harder) so that you get more done in less
time, even when time is tight and pressures are high. Failing to manage your
time damages your effectiveness and causes stress.
4)The importance
of time
Based on hadith.
a)Sabda Rasulullah s.a.w yang bermaksud:
“Tidak akan berganjak kedua kaki seorang hamba pada
hari kiamat melainkan ditanya dahulu tentang empat perkara, tentang umurnya dan
untuk apa dihabiskan, masa mudanya bagaimana ia mempergunakannya, hartanya dari
mana ia memperolehinya dan tentang ilmunya bagaimana ia memanfaatkannya”
Translate to English:
Rasulullah s.a.w which means:
"It will not budge the two feet of a servant on the Day of Judgment
but is asked first about four things, about his age and for what he spent, his
youth how he used it, his wealth from which he acquired it and his knowledge of
how it would benefit him”
b)”Demi kebesaran dan kemuliaanku, tiada sembahyang
seseorang tetap pada waktunya melainkan aku memasukkanya ke dalam syurga. Dan
barangsiapa bersembahyang diluar waktu, maka jika aku kehendaki,aq
menghormatinya dan jika kehendaki, aku mengazabkannya”
-Riwayat al-Tabrani
Translate to English:
"For my greatness and honor, no one's prayer is on time unless I enter
it into heaven. And whosoever is praying outside of time, then if I will, he
honors it and if I will, I punish him "
-Riwayat al-Tabrani

7)What
is Procrastination?
8)The
reason why students do procrastination of their works.
-perfectionist
when do their work or assignment.
-Avoid
failure
-Being
rebellious because they don’t want to think out of their box when they failed
to get an idea.
-Feeling
overwhelmed and think that they can finish it in a short time when thay have
too much homework.
-Lazy
to finish their work and spend their time with bad things and non beneficial activities.
9)The
remedy on how to avoid procrastination.
-Go
back to your goal that you want to success
-Alert
to all assignment deadline and finish it earlier before the deadline
-Prioritized
-Self
rewards
10)Advantaged
of being organized
-complete
work without stress
-build
your confidence
-can
spent more time
-overwhelming
seems managements
a)Less stress. Above anything else, this is the number one reason I burn calories to stay on top of things. Here’s a great example: This year, I’m making a concerted effort to keep my office neat and tidy (I work from home and my office is also my bedroom). I added a bulletin board and have designated a home for everything: inbox, keys, wallet, office supplies, charger cables, and more. Now, when I need something, I know exactly where it is. This fact reduces stress and allows me to …
b)Relax more. I once saw a bumper sticker that read, “Organized people are just too lazy to search for stuff.” That’s cute, but I’d rather be the “lazy” one mentioned in the punchline. Less time spent running around means more time. Just, more time to do what I want to do, like …
c)Spend
time with my family. Getting clean and clear professionally and personally
means I’ve got more time to spend with the kids and my wife. For example,
my workday ends at 2:00, just as I drive to the school bus. I know that
I’ll be spending the next six hours with my family. That’s easy to do when
I took care of all my work stuff before then.
d)I’m
ready for a curveball. I’m sure you know how this goes: life throws a kink
into the works that interrupts your plans in a major way. Being prepared
ahead of time lessens the impact. For example, I have a designated
“emergency” office and ultra-portable setup ready. That way, if my
Internet connection goes down at home, or a construction crew sets up
outside my window, I already know where I’m going to go to work and what I
need to bring.
e)The
overwhelming seems manageable. I never would have believed this if I
hadn’t experienced it myself. I don’t care if you’re talking about work,
the kids, or home management, but it’s a great feeling to have every
project defined, and every action step that stands between you and “done”
clearly identified. When I do this, I can look at a daunting to-do list
and feel like I’m on top of it and capable of doing what needs to be done.
